CEO
Kathryn Baxter is the CEO of ReNVision, LLC, where she leverages over two decades of specialized experience to support the strategic growth of credit unions and small businesses.
Throughout her 21-year tenure within the credit union community, she established herself as a valued trainer in compliance, consumer debt collections, and real estate foreclosure. Her deep operational knowledge allowed her to transition into a prominent role as a consultant and trainer, providing essential guidance to institutions navigating complex regulatory and financial landscapes.
Following her time in the credit union industry, Kathryn joined the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), where she spearheaded several high-impact educational initiatives. During her tenure, she managed the national webinar program for the Office of Credit Union Resources and Expansion (CURE) and led the development of a comprehensive learning management system for remote education. She also directed national workshop and roundtable programs for the Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives (OSCUI), further cementing her commitment to helping small organizations expand their reach and effectively serve their communities.

LaWanda Turner has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, she built a strong foundation in operations, customer service, and financial support while working for leading organizations such as AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya Government Solutions. Throughout her career, she developed a reputation for reliability, adaptability, and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, evolving environments.
In addition to her telecommunications background, she spent 10 years as a licensed insurance agent, where she honed her skills in client relations, problem-solving, and financial services. She currently serves as a contractor for the federal government in a Program Assistant role, where her responsibilities include tracking workforce data, supporting administrative operations and contributing to mission-focused initiatives. Her diverse professional background reflects a commitment to excellence, continuous growth, and serving others with integrity. This role also highlights her attention to detail, organizational skills, and her ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Frank A. Brown is a semi-retired business professional who is still dedicated to the concept of “People helping people”, after 45+ years of working in the Financial Service and Banking industry.
Before retiring in 2024, he spent the prior 15 years working as the Vice President of WSSC Federal Credit Union (Laurel, MD). During his career, Frank worked for such successful credit unions as: Congressional Federal, Educational Systems Federal, and NASA Federal. He has held positions in nearly every aspect of credit union operation, and administration including: Teller, Accounting Clerk, IRA Administrator, ACH Administrator, Records Supervisor, Information Systems Manager, Collector, Collection Manager and Vice President, Financial Counselor, Compliance Officer, Lending Supervisor, and Vice President of Operations.
He holds the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) designation from America’s Credit Unions (formerly CUNA - Credit Union National Association), a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree all from the University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly the University of Maryland University College).

Ron Goode is a retired education and training professional with over 20 years of experience developing and delivering training and education programs.
Ron retired from the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) as an instructional designer after seven years of service. While at NCUA, Ron was part of a team that developed training and education programs for federally insured credit unions and managed NCUA’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Prior to joining NCUA, he was director of education for the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), a position held for nine years, where he focused on training and education program development for the over-the-road trucking industry. He developed the Truckload Academy and created the Truckload Academy On-demand (TAO), TCA’s online learning portal. Before joining TCA, he was the director of education for the American Staffing Association (ASA). Prior to that, he was the associate director of education for the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions (NAFCU) where he was one of the two architects of the association’s NAFCU Certified Compliance Officer (NCCO) program and Regulatory Compliance School.
Ron earned his Master of Education from George Mason University where he specialized in adult education and online learning.
